Our objective is to optimize tennis talent of each individual tennis player to become the next generation Slam player and personality

The Foundation provides the following service to our GTLF players

1. Develop and organize the best possible custom made trainings and high performance development program
2. Deliver independent personal advise on all aspects of the game on and off court i.e. Management, contracts, education, sponsorships, finance, marketing, Taxes, medical, nutrition, mental etcetera
3. Provide a part-time service manager to get A personal 24/7 service
4. Access to the GTLF network of allied academies and multi functional experts
5. Organize an elite trainings tennis camp with some of the global experts and ex-Slam/Davis Cup winners
6. Coordinate the tennis academic and educational program
7. Analyze quarterly or even monthly the development of player on and off court
8. Negotiate discount in tennis development program at academies 
9. On and off court coaching
10. Build and develop the right team around the player and family. Develop and evaluate the right strategy and create consistency and synergy with the team. 

All players (parents) can donate around € 7,500 per year exclusive 4 days of GTLF trainings camp whereby the foundation in some cases will pre finance (Loan) this amount. GTLF has the right to evaluate the amount of time. GTLF will commit a minimum of 120 hours of assistance/advise and coaching. The selection process is based on potential, rankings, work ethics, results and commitment on and off court (school and behavior). It’s fully understood that the level of GTLF services for all players are equal, high performance, personalized and custom-made.

The selection will be done by The Global scouts and coaches. The foundation will also consult and advise to federations, companies and tennis conferences.  Due to our non profitable mission we will reinvest the profits back into the sport of tennis to leave a unique national and global tennis legacy.

GTLF has the right to evaluate the amount. This means that the Foundation calculated an average of 120 hours of advising per year and a budget for out of pocket expenses like telephone, travel, F&B and other expenses. . If the time and money invested like travel expenses will exceed our calculation we will evaluate together the future budget. Our goal is to deliver a value for money service.
